For Buyers, I love the search. Turning over all the stones and pursuing just the right property. Reaching out to past clients, old colleagues, and other sales agents to get the hidden details or scoop, not just settling for what is published on the first page. I'm all about finding the right property for my clients. The home needs to be the right fit, financially, emotionally, logistically, and practically. I know there is so much more to it than just the purchase price.
For Sellers, I help clients make strong choices in when to list their property for sale, for how much, and how to make their homes ready to sell.
In addition to almost 20 years of experience in residential real estate and over $100M in sales, I spent many years in the art, antiques, finance, and construction industries. I bring that experience and perspective to my approach to supporting clients in buying and selling real estate. I guide clients and offer multi-faceted advice throughout the process.
On a personal note, I love vintage car racing, especially the early BMWs, skiing and gardening. I'm a Tabor Academy alum and graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business. I live in Hingham with my wife and 9-year-old daughter, where I'm actively involved in the community.
