When working with sellers, its all about timing, pricing, and presentation — I guide you through each decision with clarity and confidence. From determining the optimal list price to preparing your home for market, I help you position your property to attract the right buyers and maximize your return.

Before real estate, I built a career in the  finance, and construction industries, with a fun break in there running an international art gallery. That diverse background gives me a unique lens on property value, design, and investment potential — and it’s a perspective I bring to every client relationship.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me racing vintage BMWs, skiing, or digging into my garden. I’m a proud Tabor Academy alum and Ithaca College graduate (B.S. in Business), and I live in Hingham with my wife and our 11-year-old daughter. We’re deeply rooted in the community, and I’m always happy to share what makes this area such a special place to call home.
